A lot of dealers stop once the equipment leaves the warehouse. A lot of service companies don’t carry the brand relationships. Trading Engineers does both. We’re an authorised dealer for Wilo Mather & Platt, Kirloskar Brothers, Rotomac and Everest Blowers — and we install and service Wilo, Rotomac and Everest equipment with our own engineers across Delhi NCR.
That combination matters on operational plants. If a Wilo pump trips on Tuesday, the engineer who shows up on Wednesday already knows the model, has access to genuine spares, and can escalate to Wilo India directly through us. (For Kirloskar, we handle distribution; service is routed through KBL’s authorised service network so your warranty stays intact.)

Impellers, mechanical seals, bearings, stators, rotors, gaskets and oil — supplied genuine. Major rebuild work routed to OEM-authorised workshops to keep warranty intact.

AMC customers in Delhi NCR get priority dispatch from our 3 offices — typical on-site response within 8 hours. Non-AMC calls handled as capacity allows.

Is Trading Engineers just a dealer, or do you actually service equipment?
Both. We're authorised dealers for Wilo Mather & Platt, Kirloskar Brothers, Rotomac and Everest Blowers. We install, commission and AMC Wilo, Rotomac and Everest equipment with our own engineers. For Kirloskar pumps, we handle supply and commissioning; ongoing service is routed through KBL's authorised service network to keep the factory warranty intact. Installation and commissioning are chargeable services.
Do you service pumps or blowers you didn't sell?
Yes. Our engineers service all major pump and blower brands, regardless of where the equipment was sold. Authorised-brand customers get priority dispatch.
What's included in a pump AMC?
Scheduled preventive maintenance visits (typically quarterly), priority breakdown response, performance logs and first-fix troubleshooting. Comprehensive AMCs additionally bundle parts + labour under a fixed annual cost.
Do you do motor rewinding or impeller refurbishment in-house?
No — we don't operate an in-house rewinding workshop. We supply genuine spares (impellers, mechanical seals, bearings, stators, rotors) and route major rebuild work to OEM-authorised workshops. This keeps the factory warranty valid and ensures rebuilt parts are bench-tested by the OEM.
How fast do you respond to a breakdown?
AMC customers in Delhi NCR get priority dispatch — typical on-site response within 8 hours during business hours, often same-day. Non-AMC calls are handled as capacity allows, generally within 1–2 working days.
Do you handle installation for WT / EPC companies?
Yes. If you're a water treatment firm or EPC contractor, we supply the equipment and our team installs and commissions it (chargeable) to integrate with the civil and instrumentation scope your team owns.
