For dosing, reach for the precision-dosing line. For food and dairy, the encapsulated cardan-joint food-hygiene line is the default. Final model is always confirmed against the OEM catalogue.

Why a progressive cavity (PC) pump instead of a centrifugal?
PC pumps are positive displacement — flow is directly proportional to RPM, with very low pulsation, excellent self-priming and gentle product handling. They shine on viscous fluids (massecuite, molasses, sludge), shear-sensitive products (yoghurt, yeast), abrasive slurries (tailings), and precision dosing (polymer/chemical injection) — duties where centrifugals struggle or wear out fast.
Which Rotomac PC pump fits my application?

Are Rotomac pumps API 676 compliant?
Yes — Rotomac offers API 676 compliant PC pump construction for oil/gas and API-spec process duty. Ask us when you quote if this is mandatory for your project.
What fluids are not suitable?
Very large hard solids (rocks), high-temperature service beyond stator rating, completely dry / non-lubricating media, and high-pressure service above rating can be issues. We advise case-by-case — sometimes a gear pump or screw-gear combination is the better fit.
Do you do rebuilds or rewinding in-house?
No — we don't run an in-house workshop for stator/rotor rebuilds or motor rewinding. We supply genuine Rotomac wear parts (stators, rotors, seals, coupling rods) and route major rebuild work to OEM-authorised workshops to keep the factory warranty intact.
Do you stock Rotomac spares in Delhi NCR?
Common stators, rotors and wear parts for popular models are stocked. Less-common parts are sourced direct from Rotomac's Kanpur factory on priority.
