How do I pick between twin-lobe, tri-lobe, helical screw and turbo?
Twin-lobe is the economical workhorse for ETP / low-pressure process air. Tri-lobe cuts noise and pulsation at the same duty. Helical screw is the best choice for urban or noise-sensitive installations at similar pressure. Turbo wins at high flow and medium-to-high pressure where energy cost dominates the lifecycle. We recommend based on your duty point and confirm the model against the OEM catalogue before quoting.
Can you size a blower for my ETP?
Yes. Share the required airflow (Nm³/hr), discharge pressure, inlet conditions, tank depth and runtime — we size for duty point and margin, then specify the motor and VFD.
Do you handle acoustic enclosures?
Yes. Standard acoustic hoods bring blowers to residential-compliant noise levels. We do custom acoustic rooms for very demanding sites (hospitals, hotels).
